Connect Baya With PriceLabs

It’s built for property managers using Baya who want automated, dynamic pricing instead of manual rate updates. PriceLabs pushes daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions directly into Baya for up to 720 days in advance. KB article

Note: once Sync Now is enabled, PriceLabs overwrites any prices set in Baya, so set up overrides only in PriceLabs.

PriceLabs sends daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Baya, up to 720 days in advance, and it supports multi-unit properties (a parent listing with sub-units). See the Feature Availability sheet for full details.

In PriceLabs, click “Add your listings” or “Add/Reconnect Listings,” select Baya from the PMS / Channel Manager dropdown, tick the box to allow Baya to add listings to your PriceLabs account, and click Save. Then in Baya, go to Settings → PriceLabs, enter your PriceLabs account email, and click Save. Finally, enable the toggle for each listing you want to sync, either in the list on the PriceLabs settings page or on the property page itself. Full steps in the KB article.
